Why I Built Tasvr
For years, I’ve worked in content, design, and storytelling in India — and one problem kept surfacing: the right visuals didn’t exist.
Stock images rarely reflected our people, our cities, or our culture. Searches for “Indian tech office” or “real Indian kitchen” often returned outdated, staged, or Westernized photos.
Tasvr is my solution — a growing visual archive made in India, for India. It’s built for creators shaping our culture: photographers, designers, filmmakers, models, artisans, and makers from every corner of the country — not just the metros.
